A class divided

Thanks for the good find. I’m amazed she didn’t get parents complaining about this curriculum, it’s a tad on the dangerous side. It’s definitely a good way to teach about discrimination by putting a mirror on our prejudices. However, is there really a way to eliminate discrimination? As the teacher showed in the class and as every parent tries to do, setting kids a bit apart from others, making them feel superior, makes them work harder. It’s really a fine line between getting someone to perform better and not letting them treat someone they consider lower than them, badly.

    • yes, it is a very edgy experiment. But good she did/does it
